Tools and Materials Needed

• Plaster powder
• Water
• Glue
• Stir stick
• Plastic container
• Plaster molds
• Small Paint brushes
• Primer
• Orange, red & black paint
• Kitchen sponge

Getting Started

1. Mix 2 parts plaster powder with about 1 part water, and a bit of glue to help it set properly.
2. Pour into the molds, and let it set, about 20 minutes. It will not be completely dry yet, but will be set. Turn the molds upside down to remove them. Let them set for 24 hours.
3. Prime and let dry. Basecoat with the same orange paint as the wall, and colourwash with the red. Let dry.
4. Antique them with the black paint and a small brush. Remove the excess with a damp kitchen sponge.
5. Let dry, then very carefully, drill a small hole in the back to hang them.
