About Debbie Travis
Her innate talent for design coupled with her dry British wit has made Debbie Travis a beloved television icon around the world, the largest celebrity brand in Canada, a best selling author, a sought-after public speaker and the center of a small business empire. Her shows are seen in over 80 countries, her weekly syndicated newspaper column is read by over 6 million readers in North America, she has authored 9 books and Spring 2016 she launches The Debbie Travis Home Collection at Sears plus The Debbie Travis Pinot Grigio is available at the LCBO this spring. Now she gets to relax, just a little. Debbie has created a haven in Tuscany where like minded women can come and experience the Tuscan lifestyle in her magically restored villa.This working farm produces an exception organic olive oil and lavender products, all from her 100 acre property.

Born in England, Debbie soon transformed her experience at art college as a fashion model into a television career, working as a producer for several British networks. After moving to Montreal at age 30, she started a painting and design business subsequently becoming a leader in the paint and finishing trend in North America. In 1995 she merged her two passions, design and television production, by creating one of North America’s first decorating shows, Debbie Travis’ Painted House. This successful series was followed by Debbie Travis’ Facelift, From The Ground Up and All For One. Debbie has appeared several times on The Regis and Kelly Show, Oprah Show, Marilyn Denis, Good Morning America and many more.
Launching in 2016 is La Dolce Debbie… a documentary series about her journey of restoring a 13th century building in the heart of Tuscany – a place to hold her Tuscan Girls' Getaways – a series of women’s retreats.
Debbie lives between London, Montreal, Toronto and Tuscany with her husband and two sons.
