Horizontally Striped Colours

Tools & Materials Needed:
- Latex eggshell finish paint in 4 colours beige/green
- Off-white latex paint
- Paint tray
- Roller & sleeves
- 3/4" low-tack tape
- Pencil, ruler
- Chalk line
- Spirit level
Getting Started
1. Basecoat the wall with 2 coats of off white. Let dry.
2. Divide the wall into 4 equal parts. Use a chalk line and a spirit level to create straight lines, then tape across the centre of the line with the 3/4" low-tack tape.
3. With the 4 shades of green going from lighter to darker, start with the lightest shade at the bottom and work upwards so that the darkest is at the top. You will need 2 coats of each colour, and perhaps a third for the darkest colour, depending on your coverage.
4. Remove the tape, and let dry.
